If that sounds truly terrifying, don’t worry, everyone is nervous to begin with. Andy definitely has a sense of humour and is very approachable. He trains a wide variety of people from a 15 year old young man looking to break into professional sport, a member of the British Paralympic Team, to normal, everyday people such as a 64 year old lady who has dropped numerous dress sizes and gained new found confidence.

Question: Do I need any special equipment?

Answer: All necessary equipment, motivation, knowledge and experience will be provided – you just need to be on time, in comfortable clothing and a pair of trainers – simple!

All sessions will be varied, manageable, effective and above all, fun and enjoyable. You will be motivated and supported, not only during your session but via telephone, email or text.

Our Best Pre-Visit Advice

  • Be on time – get every ounce out of your session by arriving a few minutes early.
  • Wear comfortable clothing – wear whatever feels good. Don’t worry about wearing the latest, matching attire, just throw on the nearest leggings and t-shirt and turn up ready to enjoy yourself. If you worried about your bum, wear a baggy t-shirt. If you are worried about your arms, wear a long sleeve t-shirt – just so long as you feel comfortable enough to give it some welly during your session...
  • Be ready to party hard – you will have a great time, work hard, laugh a lot and get nearer to the real you...
