We want to reward you for your continued custom so we are delighted to offer our client loyalty scheme.

It's very simple, for every 15 minutes you spend with your therapist, you will receive one Treat Point, with a minimum of one point being awarded per visit. For example, an eyebrow wax will earn you one point, an aromatherapy massage will earn you four points. Your Treat Points will be added to your rewards card after every visit.

To spend your points, call us to make the booking of your choice from those available and let us know that you wish to treat yourself using your points. Please note that there are few boring conditions that apply (please see bottom of page).

60 minute facials: 50 points

75 minute facials: 60 points

Anti Stress Massage: 40 points

Personalised Aromatherapy Massage: 60 points

Luxury Manicure: 50 points

Luxury Pedicure: 50 points

Loyalty scheme terms and conditions (as of February 2010)

  1. Only for use against the treatments listed above.
  2. Reward points are non-transferable non-refundable and have a zero cash value.
  3. Reward points are valid for use from Tuesday to Thursday between 10am to 2:30pm (excluding bank holidays).
  4. Reward points cannot be redeemed against a treatment unless mentioned at the time of booking.
  5. Failure to show for treatments at the time and date requested or not giving adequate notice for cancellations will result in reward points automatically being deducted from the total balance.
  6. On treatments where any pamper points are redeemed, no pamper points are awarded.
  7. Pamper points may not be earned where services are discounted unless otherwise stated.
  8. We reserve the right to update our Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
